MIT Manipal Meetcareer Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) is a constituent institution of Manipal University specializing in technical education. It contains 16 academic departments to offer the students with undergraduate and postgraduate courses. MIT was established in 1957 in Manipal, Karnataka as the first ever self-financed institutions of the country. Currently, it is offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in disciplines such as civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronics and communication engineering, industrial engineering, and many more.
